To protect the health of our community during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Vermont Arts Council offices and Spotlight Gallery are closed until further notice.

We are committed to supporting artists and cultural organizations through this crisis. We need the arts now more than ever, to inspire and connect us, and to enable us to support each other with creativity and compassion. 

Please stay in touch and let us know how we can help. The staff is working remotely, and will respond promptly to email and phone inquiries. All of our current grant rounds remain open.
