Feel Better More Often: Being the Breath – movement workshop for all

May 19 at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$60

If your body is feeling stuck or needs a cleansing upgrade, you will want to get to know your fascia, or connective tissue regularly. It’s how communication happens on the inner fluid landscape of you. It is connecting and communicating with all the others systems and we understand that to be feeling.

You can learn to feel and regain positive connection to your body’s innate wisdom that wants to help you best care for yourself.

We all have stuck emotions, and they can linger in the tissue. The fascia will hold on to everything we’ve ever experienced until we are ready to release it.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be free from some of life’s lingering history and feel better more often?

In this workshop, you will:

Develop greater awareness of your natural breathing so you can begin to know how to regulate your own nervous system anywhere, any time.

Learn to trust that your body knows what to do from a felt/sense level.

Witness the messages of your body impulse.

You can live with awareness when you’re living in alignment.

Part 1 of the 10-part series. Attend one, or two, or all.
