Vermont Arts Council Strategic Plan (2018-2020)

The Council's strategic vision and goals for 2018-2020.

The Vermont Arts Council set out to develop a strategic plan in 2016, which was finalized in 2017 and updated in 2018. This followed on the heels of the Council’s 50th anniversary in 2015. As the Council began to plan for its second fifty years, the staff along with arts consultant gathered information from thought leaders, grant program recipients, arts educators, members of the creative sector, and others. The project cumulated in a vision for 2018-2020.
