Create a film about the late Ralph Preston, WWII veteran and ship-in-bottle artist
JLee MacKenzie is a director & animator who earned his MFA in filmmaking at USC School of Cinematic Arts on a George Lucas Scholarship. His films have screened at festivals across the US and internationally including Tribeca Film Festival, animated shorts curated by Whoopi Goldberg, the American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at Cannes Film Festival and won the 2021 Jury Award for American short films at Champs-Élysées Film Festival in Paris.
