Professionals working in the fields of film and television production in the state of Vermont are invited to attend a networking and exploratory gathering hosted by the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development at the stART Space, 263 Depot Street in Manchester, VT on Thursday, October 11th from 10 am – 3 pm.
The event is designed to provide networking opportunities for individuals and businesses in the film and television industry throughout the state, and to hold an exploratory conversation about how the state of Vermont can support the industry. There will be opportunities for businesses to share information about their work with attendees.
The day’s events will include introductory remarks from Agency of Commerce & Community Development Secretary Mike Schirling and Department of Tourism & Marketing Commissioner Wendy Knight, a pecha kucha style presentation of several businesses in the field, networking lunch, and an interactive conversation on industry needs and ways the state can help.
The event is free and open to the public.
Professionals in the film and television industry in any capacity, from production to marketing to investing to acting, are encouraged to attend.
If you are interested in listing yourself, your business, or your organization in the event program, please look to your event confirmation for a link to a survey to fill out. A compilation of all submissions will be available at the event for all attendees.
