FLIP Fabrique presents Blizzard!

April 17 at 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Catamount Arts and KCP Presents are delighted to host FLIP Fabrique, world class circus arts from Quebec, at Vermont State University Lyndon, April 17th. The show, titled “Blizzard,” starts at 7pm in the Alumni Gym and promises to take the stage by storm with an enchanting evening of wild wintry wonder.

With “Blizzard,” FLIP Fabrique takes audiences on a crazy, poetic and gentle journey in the dead of winter, inviting spellbound spectators to surrender themselves to magic. What if winter has taken over, not just outside, but in houses, bedrooms, in our bodies and our hearts? With performers at the peak of their art and outstanding visual poetry, “Blizzard” promises to blow away everything in its path!

Based in Québec, FLIP Fabrique was founded in 2011 from the dreams and friendship of circus performers. Renowned all over the world, the troupe is beloved for its astonishing productions, breathtaking acrobatics, and spectacular acrobatic feats.

Composed of world-class artists, the troupe crafts contemporary circus shows with an uncanny ability to have fun and move the audience. In addition to its large-scale shows presented every summer in Québec City since 2015, the troupe performs around the globe in the most prestigious circus institutions and festivals.

“This troupe,” raves the New York Times, “offers acts that don’t seem humanly possible.”

“A madly entertaining show,” the Santa Barbara Independent concurs, “with expertly timed delivery that folds seamlessly into head-shaking acrobatic arrangments.”
