Feel Better More Often: Being the Breath – movement workshop for all

Rolf Movement is often practiced in 10 private sessions for deep, personal transformation, physical, energetic, and empowering. Join us for one or more of these workshops, an opportunity to access the work in a group setting.

In this first of ten monthly workshops, our particular intent will be relating this information to how we connect with the ground and sky and free our breath for greater ease and awareness. Feel better more often!

~ There will be self touch and gentle movement explorations to find our collective realignment toward greater balance.
~ Would you like to be able to monitor your stress and anxiety by learning more about natural breathing?
~ Develop the trust that your body knows what to do from a felt-sense level.
~ Witness the messages of physical impulses and feel how to live life with awareness of a sense of natural alignment and natural breath.
~ Wouldn’t it be nice to be free from some of life’s lingering history and feel better more often?

If your body is feeling stuck or needs a cleansing upgrade, you will want to get to know your fascia, or connective tissue regularly. It’s how communication happens on the inner fluid landscape of you. It is connecting and communicating with all the others systems and we understand that to be feeling.

You can learn to feel and regain positive connection to your body’s innate wisdom that wants to help you best care for yourself.
We all have stuck emotions, and they can linger in the tissue. The fascia will hold on to everything we’ve ever experienced until we are ready to release it.
