Build a Modern Record Console with Philip Morley

Join this amazing 7 day class to learn valuable woodworking techniques from furniture maker and instructor Philip Morley as you craft your own gorgeous record cabinet with a tambour door.

In this class, you will work with solid wood, plywood and commercial veneer to create this sleek and elegant cabinet designed by Philip. He will share his experience with the class and teach you how to use multiple types of joints to construct a cabinet and base. The project will be capped off with a modern sliding tambour door.

Part selection, milling and breaking down material

Mortise and tenon joinery
Edge profiling

Working with brass

7 days Monday-Sunday, June 17-23 | 9am – 5pm | Class will break for a 1 hour lunch each day.

Cost: $1,360 members, $1,600 non-members.
What to Bring: Bring a bag lunch, or you may visit nearby downtown Brattleboro to purchase lunch.
