The concert will be hosted by Will Mentor and Sarah Blair, with performances by Patti Casey and Colin McCaffrey, Tim Cummings, Geoff Gevalt and Anna Roberts Gevalt, Tristan Henderson, Oliver Scanlon, Zach Mills, Rebecca Starks, the YTV Youth Commission, and others
