Seeking Collections Manager for Londonderry Arts and Historical Society

The right candidate is someone who loves local history and preserving our heritage. The manager organizes and oversees our inventory of art, artifacts and documents. LAHS in Londonderry Vermont has an extensive collection of art from Bernadine Custer Sharp. We also house numerous artifacts and documents of historical local importance. Primary responsibilities include researching, cataloging, and entering data into our computer system. In addition, the manager will assist in curating our exhibits at the Custer Sharp House, a historic farmhouse that serves as our headquarters. The site is open from May – mid October. Duties will also include opening and closing the site, and handling inquiries. This candidate must be highly organized and computer literate. This is a 16 hour/week position with flexible hours. Compensation is negotiable.
