Call to artists: ice cream castles in the sky
June 30-August 5. ice cream castles in the sky: A curated group exhibition inspired by the lyric of the iconic song “Both Sides Now” written by singer songwriter Joni Mitchell. Submissions open for interpretation. Examples: Summer, childhood, seasons, mystical imaginings, and dreams. 2d work: up to 36″ longest side, wired and ready to hang, wire at least 2″ below top margin. We encourage sculptural work! Under 50lbs, base size up to 18″, floor works: 24″ base, 84″ tall. Deadline to submit: 6/12. Delivery: Wed. 6/28, 10-2pm. Pick-up, Tues. 8/8, 10-4pm.
