The cultural center welcomes proposals for its fall programming season (September 1 to October 30) for workshops and events that build community through African American and/or African diaspora culinary, visual, performing and cultural arts. Artist stipends range from $200 to $1,500.

Artists must be current residents of one of the following towns: Charlotte, Shelburne, Hinesburg, South Burlington, Burlington or Winooski AND must have lived in one of these towns for at least 12 consecutive months. Option: Artists who are not residents of one of these towns must jointly apply with one or more artists who do meet this residence criteria.
