ART FITS VERMONT: WHAT'S NEXT FOR ORGANIZATIONS

1. If you have not ordered puzzle pieces yet, email us today.   Please include your name, name of the organization, address, email, and phone number.  Organizations can request up to 50 wood and 250 paper puzzle pieces.  NOTE:  due to the tremendous interest in this project, the supply of wood pieces remaining for 2008 may be limited.  We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
   
   
2. Download the toolkit:  The Art Fits Vermont Toolkit For Organizations can be a valuable resource for you as you plan your project.
   
   
3. Get your events in the Vermont Arts Calendar:   If you're new to the Calendar, here's how to enter your events.  Be sure to choose "Art Fits Vermont" as one of your event categories when entering your event, so that we know it's a part of this project.
   
   View a list of upcoming Art Fits Vermont that are currently in the Vermont Arts Calendar.  Check back regularly for updates so you can see what others are planning.
   
   
4. Ask us to come to your event:  The Council's Art Mobile will be visiting communities with a display of puzzle art and craft activities.  If your organization is hosting an event and would like the Art Mobile to attend, let us know!  
   
   We may not be able to take part in every event but will visit as many communities as possible in 2008-2009.
   
   
5. Send us your participant registration forms:  Each puzzle piece you receive has a registration form attached.  When you distribute puzzle pieces to your organization, please make sure participants fill out these forms and mail them to the Arts Council. Alternatively, you can use the master sheet included in your puzzle packet and return the completed form to the Vermont Arts Council - 136 State Street, Montpelier, VT 05633-6001.
   
   
6. Credit the sponsors:  Please be sure to credit the sponsors who made this project possible.  Below are downloadable logos of the project sponsors for print and web purposes.
