This Strategic Plan for 2013 - 2017 is designed to help people understand the Vermont Arts Council's behavior, to provide a context for all people - from constituents to collaborators, supporters to “authorizers” - to better understand how and why the Council shapes its programs and services, and prioritizes them the way it does.
